IlliniCare health is dedicated to building strong relationships with our community. We want to partner with you to achieve the same goal: ensuring a vulnerable population receives the quality healthcare and services they need.
We understand that community organizations play an important role for our members. Whether it is an agency advocating on behalf of the member, an organization that provides extra social services and supports, or a charity organization, all of these play an important role in the lives of our members and in our community.
At IlliniCare Health, our core purpose is producing optimal health outcomes for all of our members. We believe, together, we can improve health care quality. That’s why we look to partner with organizations, agencies and advocates to answer questions, make presentations and create strong partnerships. Community Stakeholders Committee
One of the main ways we partner with community organizations is through our Community Stakeholders Committee (CSC). This is comprised of important agencies in the communities we serve that deal directly with our members. During these committee meetings, we receive valuable feedback about the program, the services we are providing, and how we can improve. If you are interested in joining our Community Stakeholders Committee, please contact us.
